Once a lot is selected, we oversee dry milling, sorting, and cleaning to meet export specifications. Beans are bagged with GrainPro liners to preserve freshness and prevent moisture or contamination.
6. Logistics & Export
We coordinate all logistics from origin to port, handling documentation, customs, and shipping. Whether it’s FOB or direct delivery, we ensure your coffee arrives safely and on time.

Our Process

1. Farm Selection & Relationship Building
We work directly with trusted farms across Ecuador’s premier coffee-growing regions. These long-term relationships allow us to ensure consistent quality, ethical practices, and full traceability.
2. Harvest & Processing Oversight
We closely monitor harvest periods to ensure cherries are picked at peak ripeness. Our partner farms use carefully selected post-harvest methods—washed, natural, or honey—tailored to bring out each bean’s unique profile.
3. Cupping & Quality Control
All lots are cupped and graded by certified professionals to meet strict specialty standards. We provide detailed cupping notes, moisture readings, and quality metrics for every batch.
