  • VINKA is a family-owned specialty coffee farm located at 1,660 meters above sea level in the southern Ecuadorian Andes. Nestled where cloud forest meets dry montane shrubland, the farm benefits from a unique microclimate with daily shifts between humid and dry air—ideal conditions for cultivating our Sidra varietal. Rooted in a tradition of passion for coffee, VINKA fosters a close-knit community of farmers whose shared dedication continues to shape and elevate our craft.

  • Founded in 2017 in Loja, Ecuador, El Dorado & Eliza Coffee Farms Coffee is grown, processed and brought to market by CVM an Agricultural Company owned by a Colombian-Ecuadorian family with generations of coffee-growing expertise. At high elevations in the Andes, they cultivate award-winning arabica varieties, including Green Geisha, Wush-Wush, Borbon, Tipica, SL28, and Sidra.

    Nurtured by rich soil, pure mountain water, and sustainable practices, El Dorado & Elizas coffees have earned top honors in the Cup of Excellence and Ecuador Golden Cup, consistently scoring above 88.

  • Founded in 2017 by Tim Leahy and CVM. Tim being a passionate specialty coffee enthusiast founding the La Noria Coffee Farm with CVM, is dedicated to producing top-quality Arabica coffee in the Ecuadorian Andes. CVM is owned by an experienced Colombian-Ecuadorian family with generations of coffee-growing expertise. The farm combines generational coffee-growing expertise with ideal high-altitude conditions—rich soil, pure mountain water, ample sunlight, and natural plant-based fertilizers like neem and worm tea. This results in vibrant, healthy coffee plants and a consistently exceptional cup.

  •  La Comarca is a nearly 100-year-old family farm that began with beef and dairy production and was once known as the Panama Hacienda. It also grew coffee, sugar cane, citrus, and fruits, and was the first farm in Loja to have electricity via a Pelton-powered hydraulic system. As urban growth pushed residents toward the city, the farm slowed operations and now sits in the Malacatos Valley, 20 minutes from downtown Loja. Today, the fourth generation has shifted focus to specialty coffee, with their first Sidra harvest in 2021 and more varieties in development.

  • Agucate began as a heartfelt family project, started by Gonzalo and Susana after more than 65 years of marriage. In their later years, they poured their love into planting coffee on their farm, quickly earning respect within the local coffee-growing community. With its natural beauty and prime location, the farm soon became a beloved tourist destination.

    In 2018, their grandson Pablo joined the project, bringing new energy and helping to guide the farm into the world of specialty coffee. Today, Agucate produces high-quality Arabica beans that are enjoyed by coffee lovers across the globe, continuing a legacy rooted in family, passion, and excellence.

  • Founded in 2012 at 1,700 meters in the Pichincha province, Finca Casa Frajares cultivates Typica and Caturra varieties that thrive in the region’s unique climate, producing distinctive flavors and aromas. Committed to quality, the farm carefully selects its beans to meet specialty coffee standards. Recognized in national tastings with top placements in 2016 and 2017, Frajares expanded its reach by opening a Coffee Lounge in 2017, inviting visitors to experience its coffee firsthand.

  • Alaska del Sur is a specialty coffee farm nestled in the highlands of Loja, Ecuador, at 2,000 meters above sea level. Founded and owned by Alaskan native Curt Madison, the farm takes its name from his northern roots while celebrating its southern home in Ecuador. Alaska del Sur cultivates renowned varieties including Typica Mejorado, Sidra, and Geisha, each grown with care in the region’s ideal climate and rich soils. Beyond coffee, Curt is an engaged member of the local community, dedicated to both sustainable practices and cultural exchange. His passion lies in producing exceptional coffees that connect the people of Loja with coffee lovers around the world.

  • Agroloja, owned by Angel Reyes, is a coffee farm in Loja, Ecuador, dedicated to cultivating Typica Mejorada and Sidra varietals. Nestled in ideal conditions that allow for year-round production, the farm prioritizes sustainability by preserving native forests and respecting the natural landscape. This commitment to both quality and conservation defines Agroloja’s approach to coffee cultivation.

  • Established in 2016 by Martin Kutsch and his daughters, Eliza Coffee Farm was born from a passion for specialty coffee inspired by visits to Boquete, Panama. In partnership with Bernard Uhe of CVM, Martin planted carefully selected specialty Arabica seeds on their farm in the highlands of Loja. Managed by the experienced CVM team and supported by local Ecuadorian knowledge, the farm benefits from ideal growing conditions—high altitude, rich volcanic soil, pure mountain water, and natural fertilizers like neem and worm tea—resulting in vibrant plants and exceptional coffee.

  • Established in 2016 by Martin Kutsch and his daughters, Eliza Coffee Farm was born from a passion foFinca La Marquesa was founded in 2015 by Ximena León and her family to share Ecuadorian specialty coffee with the world. Rooted in over 60 years of coffee tradition from her father, the farm in San Pedro de Vilcabamba cultivates Bourbon Sidra and Typica Mejorado varieties. With several of their children leading quality control and innovation, Finca La Marquesa is dedicated to promoting Ecuadorian coffee globally.
